I have been dealing with Route 23 Ford for 15 years and they are second no none, especially their Service Department. I receive prompt and courteous service all of the time. Brian and Patty are great to deal with and always make me feel like a VIP customer! Over the years I have owned many Ford vehicles. I am a repeat and loyal Ford customer.
This last visit, I was pretty confident that they would tell me I needed new tires, since they have 50,000 miles on them. After the inspection, I was told my tires should be good for at least another 10,000 miles. In fact, they also suggested that it was pointless to do a tire rotation because the tire wear was even. Have never had a bad visit there or felt I was being taken advantage of.
Have used them several times. Quick, dependable and most important, honest. They do not try to pad the bill with unnecessary items or services.
Great place . I take all my family there and friends Wayne the GM is fantastic.. Mike the used car manager has a heart of gold. Lenny just an all around great guy. Service department is also fantastic. Quick lube fast service. Between myself and friends we have purchased 26 cars ,trucks and SUV’s. Ford &Nissans.
