Zero stars!!! Bunch of scam artist here. I was told what my monthly price was, 140 and they charged me 215. Went to the store to resolve the issue they told me 145 per month. Ok. This month comes along I am charged 215 again so I went to the store and spoke to the same guy that I spoke to 2 weeks ago, not only did the guy not help us but he lied to my face and said he never helped me and that he never said it would be 145. Had to call sprint customer service to figure out what my bill would actually be. Be aware. Go to another store unless you want to be scammed.
I sent the phone into the insurance company to have my screen fixed. When they sent it back the store nobody contacted me that my phone was there until I followed up after It had been sitting there for 5 days. There was no apology. Horrible costumer sevice. Go to the Sprint near the Panera on 23. Much better.
This staff at this location are the best. I recently visited the store to upgrade to a Galaxy S8 Plus and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the phones capabilities. Albert spent time with me reviewing how to fully utilize all the features on the phone. I am very happy with my new phone. I will visit this store in the future.
These guys really care about customer service. We all know Sprint's service is top notch, we know their prices are the best in the market for the service levels they offer, but the care that Albert and the team show their clients is the REAL deal closer. Keep up the great work guys. You rock!
