I just had my car in for service. The manager Kathy was so nice to talk with and seems exceptionally knowledgeable. Rich was also great and me understand what I needed, why and when. There was no sales pressure like I have gotten at other places.

Never again will I try to give this place my business. I've tried twice now and the woman who claims to be the Manager wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face. I only tried this place because a friend recommended them, but apparently it's under new ownership since he went there. It's going to soon be under new ownership again with that woman running the show.
Made an appointment on line. Perfect. Showed up 8am. for said appointment. Perfect. I checked in at the desk and explained what I needed done. Perfect. My car was brought into the shop and I waited... I told the gentleman who wrote me up I would show the technician what I wanted. Instead of coming to get me to look at my car, he informed me that he couldn't install my muffler because it was aftermarket. He said he couldn't warranty such a part. I understood this and explained to him I wasn't looking for any warranty. He then made another excuse that he was to busy... Why did I make an appointment then??? Last I checked Meineke in the past would do any exhaust work even custom... I have myself had custom work done at Meineke over the years. IF YOU CAN'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO A MUFFLER SHOP FOR EXHAUST WORK THAN WHY ADVERTISE YOU'RE AN EXHAUST SHOP!!!!!!!!! I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH MY TREATMENT AND WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER MEINEKE STORE.. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD HAVE PAID ANY PRICE, I JUST NEEDED IT DONE! IF THERE WAS A RATING LOWER THAN ONE STAR YOU'D BE EXPECTING IT! One more thing... I needed a Muffler welded in and maybe a one foot long tailpipe added. A trained Monkey could have accomplished this in 30 minutes. JUST SAYING...
Horrible experience trying to give this place my business! Very rude and unprofessional. They called me an hour before my scheduled appointment saying they were not going to be open at that time, even though I had called that morning to make the appointment. It was a Saturday on a holiday weekend and they were not willing to accommodate, even though it was their mistake of giving me that appointment, in which they claim that they weren't the ones that made it! The lady Kathy, who was extremely rude, has no concept of how to speak to customers! Never again will I attempt to take my car here for service.
They did a great job on my car. Explained everything completely. prices were good and my car was finished exactly when they said it would. The manager Kathy is awesome and the techs very knowledgeable and honest.
